Natacha is a Business Manager with more than 20 years of international experience in finance, administration, and corporate management across Africa, the Middle East, and North America. She brings extensive expertise in organizational leadership and business development.

As a senior member of the firm’s Management Committee, Natacha oversees all non-legal operations, including finance, human resources, office management, and strategic growth initiatives. Her career spans key roles at Givaudan Middle East & Africa (Dubai, UAE), K K Rezaul Trading & Investments (South Africa), and Grant Thornton (South Africa), where she developed strong capabilities in administration, financial management, and auditing. Earlier in her career, she worked at Bell ExpressVu (Canada), gaining valuable experience in client relations and customer retention service.
