What documents should I bring for my legal consultation?

For various legal consultations, it’s essential to bring pertinent documents to help our attorneys evaluate and address your case effectively. 

For example, when opening a new company, you shall need the following details:

  1. At least two suggestions for a company name;
  2. The local address the company will be registered at;
  3. Shareholding structure;
  4. Share capital and number of shares;
  5. Nominated Board Chairperson, Members and Managing Director;
  6. Passport/ID of Board Chairperson;
  7. Passport/ID of Board members/Directors;
  8. Passport/ ID of Managing Director;
  9. Objectives of the company;
  10. Beneficial Owner Information.

Can I provide documents electronically for my consultation?
